YOUTH

• $140 per person, if pre-registered by June 15, 2025.

($160 after) Cost includes meals, lodging, and youth activities)

• All youth must have permission forms completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. Forms available from your pastor or on arrival if brought by parent or legal guardian.

Camp Registration Information

• Total Registration Fee: $75 per camper

  • $40 camp registration fee

  • $35 kids camp fee

• T-Shirt Guarantee: Register by June 25th to receive a camp t-shirt.

Please Note:
All children must room with their parents.
There are no overnight counselors and no full-day supervision provided.

Designated times are set for Children’s Church and specific activities. Outside of these scheduled programs, children must be under the direct supervision of their parent or guardian.

MEAL FEES

• Breakfast - $8 / Supper - $10 (children under 12, half price)

• Meal Ticket Adults - $100 / Under 12 - $50

• Retired Wesleyan Ministers & Spouses – No Charge

CAMP WORKERS

• Work positions are available in the dining hall, tabernacle, sanitation, etc. In exchange, these assigned positions will receive a free meal ticket. See the registration office.

ROOM RATES

• Retreat Center - $75 per night / $350 per camp

• V/G Dorm - $65 per night / $300 per camp

CABIN/CAMPER UTILITIES

• Cabin owners - $150 annually

• Cabin insurance - $150 annually

• Campers - $30.00 per day
